Leg pain may be the result of pathology of the leg itself or due to pathologies in other parts of the body. Causes of leg pain due to leg is: trauma, fracture, sprain, arthritis, inflammation, local cellulitis or DVT. Systemic causes can be diabetic induced peripheral neuropathy, spine injury, sciatica or skin lesion (dermatomal involvement). Management is done by ruling out causes.
