Conjuntivitis Every 2 weeks…

Someone help me i have a problem with my eyes every 2 weeks after a antibiotic treatment im becoming a hard going conjuntivitis. It appears after night, first only one eye after 1 or 2 days the second also…. lasting for a week. When im drop the antibiotic to the eye its helping very fast but its still coming back, what can it be and what could i do? I used oflaxacium and levoflaxacinum
