Probable diagnosis?

The patient is 53 years old. A nodular nodule appeared in the cervical region 2 years ago. It evolved with miiase infection 1 year ago. CT shows only skin and subcutaneous involvement. She had a nodularity similar to 24 years old that regressed spontaneously
