Ewing's Sarcoma is a malignant, small round cell tumor that begins growing in the bones and the soft tissue. It occurs primarily in children and young adults, often appearing during the teen years. It most commonly occurs in the diaphysis of the long bones. The diagnosis is made with a biopsy showing sheets of monotonous small round blue cells with prominent nuclei and minimal cytoplasm.
