EEG for Rabies - Reveals encephalic changes - Sometimes, the EEG amplitude drops which mimics brain death. This usually occurs as a result of generalized vasospasm of cerebral arteries in the first week of rabies. - EEG findings may manipulate the presentation therefore, biopsy is reliable.
