1. Patients of old age 2. Patients already diagnosed with cervical spine degenerative disease 3. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) < 13 4. Patients with intubation 5. Inadequate plain film series 6. Suspected abnormality on plain film series 7. Scanning of patients with multi-organ or head trauma
