AAP Influenza Guidelines for Children - Annual vaccination of all children at the age of 6 months. - 2 doses of influenza vaccine to children of 6 months to 8 years. The two doses of influenza vaccine must have gap of 4 weaks. - 1 dose of influenza vaccine to children 9 years and older.
