Drugs and dyspigmentation

Several chemotherapeutic drugs (including doxorubin and cyclophosphamide) cause dyspigmentation. Other groups of drugs that cause this problem include antimalarials, amiodarone, heavy metals (but not iron), tetracyclines, and antipsychotics.
