On this image looks like palmar erythema but thats just a symptom not a diagnosis. we'd have to see the character of the face lesions too but given the fever this could be a viral infection. Also it could be not connected at all and face spots is just acne, Palmar erythema is just flushing etc, this is why you need a more detailed history (meds, alcohol, Smoking, time of lesions,etc) and most importantly how high is that temperature?
Agreed with the above comment...its palmar erythema seen in a vast array of liver and autoimmune diseases a few examples being cirrhosis, alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune hepatitis, etc
It could be an Allergic reaction yes but history doesn't mention any triggers so far. Also HFMD is a viral infection not allergy (given the one who posted this case seems to agree with your comment )
