intra oral Because a greater insulin response is elicited due to git hormones such as gastrin, secretin, cck, etc

For insulin release the sugar must posses active reducing group which is seen in oral glucose administration while in intravenous glucose load its not the sugar which increase insulin but the metabolite of the infused sugar is the stimulus.

Why not B? I mean in B the exact amount of glucose are going into the blood while intra oral it could be stored at other organ. causing lesser amount in the blood?
