What is the name of these two findings? What are these signs associated with?

A is cullen's sign for Acute pancreatitis ,B is grey turner's sign for retroperitoneal hemorrhage , when they occur simultaneously in same patient indicates pancreatic necrosis w/retroperitoneal bleeding. Gray Turner's alone could be due to other Causes of intraabdominal bleed like blunt trauma, ruptured ectopic pregnancy, raptured abdominal aorta etc.
