Dandy Walker malformation is a congenital condition that is characterized by the malformation of the posterior cranial fossa. The children commonly presents with: 1. Hydrocephalus 2. Increased intracranial pressure symptoms like vomiting, irritability 3. Sun setting eyes 4. Seizures 5. Neurological deficits MRI of the head will show hypolastic vermis, cystically dilated fourth ventricle and enlarged posterior fossa with torcular lambdoid inversion, cerebral hemispheres pushed forward.
