From my experience, the doctors mostly kept me hydrated and gave me paracetamol to manage my fever.

Management of Dengue • Adequate hydration • Monitor warning signs to prevent shock and metabolic acidosis • IV fluid replacement therapy with isotonic solutions • Frequent reassessment of the patient’s hemodynamic status and vital signs • Manage pain and fever by acetaminophen, aspirin and NSAIDs • Transfuse blood in case of excessive bleeding
