Guaiac Test for Dengue Guaic test, also known as Guaiac Fecal Occult Blood Test (gFOBT), must be recommended to all patients with suspected dengue. The aim of this test is to check blood in stool. Since patients of dengue experience coagulopathy therefore, they are likely to have blood in stool.
