Management of Fluid Volume and Severe Dengue • Central intravenous line for volume replacement • Arterial line for blood pressure monitoring • Frequent blood tests • Isotonic fluids such as Ringer lactate solution • Infusion of plasma expander • Blood transfusion especially in patients with internal GIT bleeding • Fresh frozen plasma in patients with coagulopathy
