Characteristic Cobblestone appearance of the colon in crohn's disease.

Crohn's disease:
▪️Idiopathic inflammatory bowel disease.

▪️Common in female. 

▪️Any part of the git is involved"mouth to Anus".

▪️Presents with attacks of diarrhea, fever & abdominal pain. N.B " NO blood in diarrhea". 

▪️Micro: atrophy of epithleum, reduced goblet cells & may be sarcoid_like granulomas.

▪️Gross: thick intestinal wall with cobblestone appearance.
