This is a transverse chest CT ,lung window ,just prior to begining of the lung itself , the arrow is pointing to sth specific which is easily unnoticed(like a needle in a haystack) , so can you find it?

Nice try but no , ribs don't appear at centre of a transverse ct ,they are peripheral.
