Management is topical ketoconazole applications(antifungal) and antihistamines(prefferably levocetirizine) for reducing itching and irritation
Management lets see cap- itraconazolr 200bd antifungal agent orally, tab- livcitrazine 10mg hs,topical agents clotrimazole two times,amortive cream apply in night.thus is therapeytic treatment and less adverse effects.đ
