my friend father is suffering from this skin disease, he have this disease around 2-3 weeks. Diagnosis and treatment ?

More hx would be helpful i.e Age, exposure (job,outdoor activities, travel, Vaccinations ,etc), character of the lesions (progress, spreading pattern, painful or not,itchy or not, etc), associated sxs (fever,malaise, athralgia,myalgia,etc),PMHx(medications, comorbidities, known allergies, etc) , any tx(western or traditional tx) tried before or any relief factors, etc.
