Is it multiple punched out holes which is with typical finding of multiple myeloma ?

Multiple myeloma is bone lytic disease.With in increase division of plasma cells there are lytic lesions with any reactive bone formation because the tumor factor binds and activates osteoclasts and inhibits osteoblasts.
For the diagnosis you should find out clonal B cells in bone marrow or plasmacytoma + findings on protein electrophoresis + in bone marrow aspiration plasma cells are >%30 (these were major criteria) and also the proof of end organ damage which abbreviated as CRAB (calcium, renal ,anemia, bone)
