Sucction Pads in Baby's lips

You may notice similar swellings or water filled bubbles on your baby's lips. These are called sucction pads. It can be in any baby, It is seen in the process of adaption to the mother's breast. It has no harm, it can be intervened. It is not treated, when left alone, it appears to improve in few weeks.
