Jugular Venous pressure, or Jugular Venous Pain, is used for the measurement of central venous pressure. It is directly connected with right atrium, anatomically closer to right atrium and valveless therefore gives accurate measurement of venous pressure. It is significant in the diagnosis of lung and heart diseases.
