Hii guys.... I need your advice.. There is a girl.. If she stand at any place for 15-20 minutes.., she feel uncomfortable and dizziness.. And become faint.. -So you guys will you tell me.. please.. why this happen with her..??

This is called postural hypotension. On standing for long durations, blood is pooled in legs thus low oxygen supply to brain, thus causing the individual to faint. Just lift the legs upwards for quick recovery if the person faints. And if she's dizzy or feel uncomfortable, its good to move toes and ankle which contracts the calf muscles. It prevents pooling of the blood

could be postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrom(POTS). Staying hydrated and increased salt intake usually helps. Sometimes betablockers or other medication are needed. Should be seen by a doctor because an underlying serious heart disease should be ruled out.
