Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease is most commonly found in people with a long history of smoking. During acute exacerbations they present with Shortness of breath, increased respiratory rate, increased cough, tachypnea and etc On Chest X-ray findings are bilaterally hyperlucent lungs, flattened hemidiaphragm, widened costophrenic angles, horizontal ribs and narrow mediatinum.
