Brain surgery: Right frontal craniotomy and resection of meningioma (brain tumor).

Video presentation of surgical removal of a right frontal parafalcine brain tumor found to be an atypical meningioma (WHO II) in a patient with known history of this tumor which was watched conservatively for a decade prior to becoming symptomatic.
