I agree if the brain is operable....give heparin when the bleeder is stopped in the brain pack with hemostatic agents or cauterize...keep patient incubated so no movement or alternately do a surgical thrombectomy of dvt. and then deal with the brain bleed

ivc filter first then clipping hemorrhage then treating DVT by catheter
