Trigeminal nerve is the biggest nerve out of the twelve cranial nerves. It is the fifth cranial nerve by number. It has sensory and motor divisions. It supplies sensory supply to Skin, sinuses and mucous membranes on face. It gives motor supply to muscles of mastication. The trigeminal nerve has three different divisions. One is ophthalmic division, which is sensory type supplies skin of face. Maxillary division is sensory type as well it supplies face skin as well. Mandibular division is sensory and motor type it supplies jaw muscles.
