Positive Finkelstein Test in De Quervain's Tenosynovitis

Finkelstein test is considered positive when the patient experiences pain with wrist and thumb ulnar deviation while the thumb is fully flexed. This test is used to diagnose De Quervain's Tenosynovitis.
