Being a high school student, I have always wanted to become a neurosurgeon. The thought of exploring the organ that makes us human allured me. From studying resident-level textbooks and observing surgery, my biggest goal in life is to ultimately find the cure for Glioblastoma Multiforme, a WHO grade IV intra-axial brain tumor. From possible immunotherapy vaccinations to new chemotherapies, humanity may not be as far away as we have thought.
