Hi. I am now in my third year of MD programme. I have a problem during my study which is I don't know whether should I make notes or not because it is time consuming. At the same time, my textbooks are all from the library and this means I couldn't annotate inside them. So how do you guys study during your clinical years? Does note-taking helpful? Any tips will be appreciated. :) P.S. Currently I'm on my first day of internal medicine rotation.

For me making short notes helps, but as u said it takes time, so I have a suggestion...make notes of ur lesson during semester step by step, not at exam night,if you do it the would help u a lot ,but if it is near exam and you dont have enough time, focus on ur studying, not making notes....Hope I could help you!
