Side effects: dizziness, drowsiness, lightheadedness, increased appetite, weight gain, dry mouth, or constipation may occur. Interactions: cisapride, clonidine, cyclobenzaprine, desvenlafaxine, guanabenz. Mirtazapine is used to treat depression.

Mirtazapine Oral belongs to the class of Antidepressants. This prescription medicine is used for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, Anorexia Nervosa, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and sleep disorder. The side effects of Mirtazapine Oral include - Light headedness - Headache - Fever - Nausea and vomiting - Confusion - Weakness - Sore throat - Edema of limbs - Mouth sores - Behavioral changes e.g. more talkative than usual, more risk-taking behavior than usual, decreased need for sleep - Blurred vision - Extreme happiness followed by extreme sadness Mirtazapine Oral interacts with the following drugs. - Selegline - Procarbazine - Rasagiline - Clonidine - Guanfacine - Linezolid
