Patient is 16. She has been experiencing clear liquid drainage from her ear everyday for two weeks. There is no pain in the ear. And the only other symptom is occasional itching in the ear when there is drainage. Some days the liquid is so much it will leak onto face. Sometimes liquid leaks more when lay on side. what is your advice to do next or diagnosis?
