Happy Puppet Syndrome or Angelman Syndrome is a genetic disorder characterized by developmental delay, speech impairment, balance disorder like ataxia and behavioral features like frequent smiling, happy looking and excitable personality, flappy movement and short attention span. This disease results from loss of UBE3A gene expression located on chromosome 15.
