I’m currently a junior in college (starting in the fall). So far I’ve completed biology 1, general chemistry 1 and 2, psychology, sociology, and statistics. This fall I’m taking ochem 1, in the spring I’m taking ochem 2 and physics 1, and in the summer I’m taking biology 2. This means I won’t be taking physics 2 or biochemistry until my the fall of my senior year. Am I behind? Do you think it will be too hard to take the MCAT without physics 2, biology 2, and biochemistry? Should I take a gap year or try taking biochemistry in the summer with biology 2? Anything helps!
If it helps, I’m a psychology major with a minor in neuroscience. Three of my neuroscience courses suffice as an upper-level biology.
