Anatomy of penis relevant to Dorsal Penile Nerve block Pudental nerve (S2-S3) is the motor and sensory supply of penis. It divides into two nerves namely: left and right dorsal nerve of penis. They pass under the pubic symphysis and Buck fascia to supply the penis.
