The possible causes of Cirrhosis are - Chronic alcoholism - Chronic viral Hepatitis B, C, D - Non-Alcoholic Fatty liver Disease (NAFlD) i.e. Liver with fat accumulation - Hemochromatosis i.e. High iron level in body - Cystic fibrosis - Wilson’s Disease i.e. Copper accumulation in liver - Biliary atresia i.e. Congenital condition in which intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts don’t develop properly - Deficiency of Alpha 1 Antitrypsin - Glycogen storage disease - Alagille Syndrome i.e. Genetic digestive disorder - Autoimmune hepatitis - Primary biliary cirrhosis - Primary sclerosing cholangitis - Medicines e.g. Methotrexate, isoniazid
