Management of Critical Limb ischemia (CLI) - Conduct MRA, CTA or Invasive angiography to gauge the lesions. - Perform endovascular revascularization to treat the lesion followed by surgical revascularization and wound care. - Those which can’t be treated by this method are to be treated with open surgery at acceptable operating risk. - Those which can’t be treated with open surgery are to experience primary amputation followed by wound care.
