Here we can obviously see some jugular vein distention, which sometimes is a late sign of a Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)

My age is 19. Male.My veins are also very superficial and it is seen clearly in my forearms and my dorsum of leg..is these symptoms cause Congestive Heart Failure

Of course no, the CHF appears at the age of 50, you are still very young, and comes due to several heart attacks such as angina, if your veins are superficial at this age do not worry, it is normal especially if you are skinny
