- Eliminate the cause of hyperkalemia. - Give 10 unites of actrapid in 50 ml of 50% dextrose i.e. Insulin dextrose IV infusion - Give 50 ml of 8.4% IV of sodium bicarbonate - Give 10 ml of 10% IV calcium chloride
