Lyrica Oral belongs to the class of Anticonvulsants. This drug is mainly used for the treatment of diabetic neuropathy, herpes zoster and fibromyalgia. Lyrica Oral is also used for the recovery of nerve injury especially by trauma to spinal cord. Moreover, this drug is used for the treatment and management of seizures. The side effects of Lyrica Oral include - Vomiting - Weight gain - Fatigue and loss of energy - Dry mouth - Swelling of extremities - Hypotension - Constipation - Dizziness and vertigo - Muscle twitching - Loss of libido Lyrica Oral interacts with the following drugs. - ACE Inhibitors e.g. Lisinopril, Captopril - Antipsychotic drugs e.g. Lorazepam - Opioids e.g. Oxycodone - Diabetes drugs e.g. Rosiglitazone, Pioglitazone
