B - Acute Mastoiditis is the most likely diagnosis. The patient usually presents with a high grade fever along with pain and tenderness in the ear. The condition may also be accompanied with the discharge from the ear. Epidemic Parotitis is the inflammation of parotid gland and the most common cause is mumps. It is characterized by fever and swelling in the parotid area. This condition may also be associated with orchitis. Torticollis is a dystonic condition also known as stiff neck, it usually occurs in response to any injury to neck muscles, making the rotation of head difficult.
