If ABO antibodies was of IgM subtype, so how could it cause "hemolytic disease of newborn"?

ABO incompatibility usually occurs when the mother is of the blood type O. Type O people produce higher levels of IgG and not just IgM against the A and B antigens. These IgG antibodies can pass through the placenta and cause the disease
