Hello doctors!! May i know what may be the reason of rashes and apprerance of pimples on back or on shoulder during age of 19-22 in girl?? Is therr any thing realted to hormonal changes or it may depend on person to person?plzz let me know..what would be treatment?

It might simply be acne or it might be due to heat/sweating. Yes, acne is related to hormonal changes and is more likely to occur in the days preceding the cycle. Wash the back with good antibacterial soap. You may apply acne medicines (benzoyl peroxide, clindamycin etc) depending on what type of lesions they are.
