I am not supportive of betting on diagnosing. I am fine with differential but too far. I would like to know if he does drugs or alcohol? Tachycardiac and hypotensive signs of shock! Fever and shock = possible sepsis Abdominal pain and shock= possible rupture aortic or renal aneurysm Sore throat and shock= severe complications of virus! Needs to be determined at hospital! EMT here-
