What is the main reason of leg swelling of Deep vein thrombosis? (thrombophlebitis or directly block of vein in leg) Can anyone explain me in details. Thank you!

The primary cause of edema(swelling) from a DVT is a blockage of returning fluid via the vein. The fluid in the intracellular space can not return as efficiently as it would with out a clot in its way, so it builds up. That excess fluid in the intracellular space is seen as swelling.
