Can liver failure leads to Oligocythemic hypervolemia? If yes, plz explain the pathogenesis!😊

It is far fetched: unless liver failure leads to renal failure (hepatorenal syndrome) and the renal failure will cause the water retention.

Oligocythemic hypervolemia Increased blood volume with decreased hematocrit. May develop after isotonic fluid transfusion or renal pathologies.
