What is the difference between right sided heart failure and left sided heart failure in the case of clinical presentation? Like what would each patient complain of?

Right side failure- edema in lower extremity Left side failure- short of breath

Right side heart failure- lower extremity edema. Left side heart failure- obstruction in pulmonary vein, Reduced ability of left ventricle to pump the blood.
