A 14 yr old boy, is on meds of Levetiracetam 100mg for tonic clonic seizures from last one year and is now developing another type of seizure attack where he becomes little unconscious and starts turning his head and eye towards right side slowly and the neck becomes vry stiff during that and within few secs comes back to normal. Tried on benzodiazepine for 10 days still no effect.This happens around 6-7 times daily. Can anyone find out what is this actually, absence sezuires or something else and whats the treatment?

Dx is right sided focal sezuires.... And the treatment is oxicarbazapine and clobazam
