Retinoblastoma is a common ocular malignancy of childhood. The initial presentation is leukocoria or white eye reflex. While the normal eye reflects red light, an eye with retinoblastoma or any other opacity will reflect white light instead. If not treated in time, it invades and leads to significant proptosis. There may be accompanying cellulitis, tumor necrosis or eyelid swelling. Source: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1319453410001086
