This 25 years old brave man has history extensive ballistic facial injury,requiring multiple procedures including maxillary,mandibular, zygomatic ,and right orbital floor open reduction and internal fixation with debilitating functional deficits and exposed hardware. 23 years old John Doe was found to be the match and a partial face and double jaw transplantation was performed. What an incredible result of post-op reconstruction of many facial bones, intra-oral placement of teeth, and the facial transplantation!! Those exemplary surgeons should be recognized for their gifted abilities and exquisite knowledge!
